Due to the nature of our sourcing and fulfillment process, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

A return request may be approved only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Missing item in the package

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To qualify for a return or refund:

An unboxing video is required (continuous, uncut video starting before opening the parcel).

Clear images of the product and packaging must be provided.

Order number and contact details must be shared.

Without proper proof, claims may be rejected.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Size issues selected by customer

Minor color differences (due to lighting or screen variation)

Slight packaging differences

Delay caused by courier

Used, washed, or damaged items (after delivery)

Failure to provide required proof within 48 hours

Inspection & Approval Process

Once return request is received, our team will review the evidence.

We may consult with our supplier before approval.

Approval or rejection decision will be communicated within 3–5 working days.

Echofye reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.

Return Shipping

If return is approved:

Customer may be required to ship the product to our warehouse:

We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once return is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Original payment method (if possible), or

Bank transfer

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled:

Before payment verification, OR

Before order is dispatched

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

Echofye reserves the right to:

Reject repeated false claims

Blacklist customers involved in policy abuse

Take legal action in cases of fraud

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum refund liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Indirect or consequential damages

Courier mishandling beyond reasonable control

Supplier manufacturing defects beyond replacement value
